Our Director – Mr. Bharath Kumar was working on a project with Ms. Carolyn Gish from Canada and Ms. Mamie Lamley from the United States to increase the Sales and Marketing outcomes using Personality Science based Artificial Intelligence (AI). The results were amazing. Business owners love the AI tools, training, methodologies and systems we offer. Our Director fell in love with Personality Science and the way it works. 

Hence, decided to adapt the World’s #1 Personality Science and Systems into the much needed college education. Based on Personality Science – there are four types of personalities. They are BLUEPRINT, ACTION, NURTURE and KNOWLEDGE.

Our Director has done a lot of research and reverse engineered the professions which people must pick and avoid based on their personality types. The way people learn is also different based on their personality types. The logo was developed resembling the colors of personality types of Blueprint, Action, Nurturing and Knowledge.
